This five-page packet features a sequential set of activities that provides practice with a core group of science vocabulary words. Kids will have fun while developing the word knowledge they need for success with content area comprehension!
Introduce the words listed on page 1 (Words to Know). Invite students to share what they know about each word (for example, from previous encounters or by recognizing word parts). Then use the words in context and have students share what they think the words mean!
