Students unfold these stories a page one at a time, adding on to build books. Try placing several in different spots around the room. The hallway outside your classroom is another good location—and it will keep passersby coming back to read each new page!
To give all students a chance to interact with what is sure to be a popular board, post a sign-up sheet for adding on to stories. Keep in mind that while students may each fill up a page, there's no need to require this. Children may add on a sentence or two or more, then let another child take over!
