Think about the clothes you wear at different times. Write a poem about them! Draw pictures, too.
Students develop skill and vocabulary in expressing their personal preferences in this engaging poetry frame activity.
After the poem is completed, celebrate kids' efforts by inviting them to share their poem with a partner or a small group, read their poem to the class or to an older buddy, or copy their poem onto a blank sheet of paper and illustrate it as part of a display.
