Product Description:
Kids will love drawing this 8-step frog picture—independently! This reproducible lesson helps kids build fine motor skills, learn shapes, and practice following directions. Includes writing prompts and creative extension activities.
Teaching Tip:
Frogs come in a variety of colors in addition to green, including blue, yellow, red, and orange. Show children photographs or illustrations of colorful frogs, such as different varieties of poison dart frogs. Explain that the bright colors warn predators not to eat them. After showing the pictures, encourage kids to use brightly colored paints and crayons to color their frog drawings. These fit in nicely with a rain forest mural.
