Hold a stuffed “pet” party! Ask children to bring in a stuffed animal. Set out party hats, balloons, napkins, and other party supplies, making sure there are enough for each pet to have one of each item. Then invite children to take one of each kind of party item for their pet. Finally, serve one individually wrapped snack to each child to share with his or her pet. (Check for food allergies first.)
